I've been surfing the web for the past several hours and its been rough. I thought the problem was on my end until I managed to come across this site:

Real- time Web Monitor.

If your having trouble getting on a website see if you can get on that monitoring site and find out whats going on. And if anyone knows a better one I would love to know about it.

If you want to verify if a single site is having problems you can try: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
