I installed Sp2 without a problem, but I can't get rid of the red heart with a x in it. I heard you can get rid of it but I forgot how. :thumbsup:

Right click on your task bar, choose "properties" then "customize" then follow the directions to hide the Windows Security Center red shield with the X in it.
(Which means you've turned off your automatic updating from MS.)
The only easy day was yesterday.
