Hi guys,

I am unable to decide which of the following 2 laptops to buy. Please help me out by pointing out the pros & cons of each. Are there any issues of overheating with any of the two?

In all honesty I would get the Dell their support albeit not that great is far better then Sony could ever provide.

I guess it depends on what's important to you. The Sony comes with a larger screen but the Dell comes with a bigger battery and Bluetooth but costs $150 more. Performancewise, they're probably pretty equal. I don't know of anything significantly good or bad about either to comment further.
To Err is human; to really foul things up requires a Bleeping Computer!
