I am currently running 32 bit windows 7 and have symantic endpoint protection activated as my antivirus, firewall, and internet protection. For some odd reason, I frequently receive the following message:

It is getting to be pretty annoying and before i end the notifications I wanted to know if it was any threat to my computer. I researched the .exe and it did not seem harmful, but any information on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Hello LuckySam,

From what I'm seeing on the Symantec website, it appears to be more of an annoyance than a threat. I didn't read through a lot of the threads there, but they do offer an explanation and a few work arounds if you're comfortable with them. Take a look through some of the search results for the issue and see what you think.
