So far, these are the programs affected:
Adobe Encore CS4
Google Chrome
Roxio Creator Classic

I cannot figure out what the problem is and it is very frustrating. When I start the program it just says something like the application cannot start (0xc0000005) press ok to terminate the application.

I have read on other sites that it has to do with a log in the registry telling the computer to open some DLL virus, but I can't find it in those program folders. I did a full scan with microsoft security essentials to no avail. Does anybody know what's wrong?

05 STOP errors are often malware associated, I think.

I would download/run SUPERAntiSpyware, in addition to running a scan of the installed AV.

Take a read at http://www.updatexp.com/0xC0000005.html.
