Hello,

Once again, I am new to this community. Like Kong, I too am having a problem with the issue of redirecting. I am running Vista home basic. I have consulted the folks at smart computing and they said that I should contact your organization. I have tried malwarebytes, hijack this, spybot, superanitspyware, and trojan remover. I also tried them all in safe mode, but it seems that this virus is still there. I have had issues with viruses and malware in the past, but nothing like this. I was told that some call it the google redirect virus, or something along those lines. I was also told to disable the TDSServ file in hidden devices. But it was no where to be found. Again, I am new to this, so if did something wrong, please forgive. I have no where else to turn to. Please help.

Thanks,

Rick

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include the link to this topic in your new topic and a description of your computer issues.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
