After following the directions step by step for the 'Automated Removal for AV Security Suite using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware' post, I got to the point of double-clicking on the mbam-setup.exe file, started the full scan and the computer just shut itself off. Now, any time I try to reboot, the darned computer shuts itself off! Even in Safe Mode. HELP! :flowers:

Obviously I am posting this from another computer...if I can get some help as soon as possible, I would GREATLY appreciate it as I use that computer for work.

Thanks in advance!!

Son of a......UGH!

I keep trying to start it in Last Known Good Configuration & it keeps shutting off. Once it gave me a blue screen with all this info and then shut off!!!

My battery is extremely hot, do you think that is why it turns off?? I even have it on a cooling pad. I am so frustrated right now, I'm just gonna take it over to the Geek Squad or something.

THANKS
