Hello there

My computer was recently infected with some malware that redirected my browser and occasionaly created pop-ups while online. After running malwarebytes, I believe that I've managed to get rid of that malware; however, along with the infection, my computer adopted the behaviour of creating an alert box stating that access is denied to "dlrgkywt.dll" every time I log in. I still haven't ben able to get rid of this warning when I log in. Does this mean I'm still infected?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
