Hi all, I am having an issue with a virus that has affected my internet access. First, a little background...there was a virus of the typical variety, some kind of Anti-Virus 2010 malware. I was able to get rid of this using HijackThis and MBAM, however, some of its remnants has disabled my internet access. I am able to get out externally as I can ping Google's Public DNS (8.8.8.8). When I try to go to a webpage (IE 8 and Firefox) I receive an error saying "page cannot be displayed" I will post all the logs that I have been running, hope someone can help me!

Hi all - this issue has been fixed. It was a DNS issue all along and not a virus. Thanks for anyone that was going to help, I will continue to use these forums in the future as they are excellent reference. thumbup2.gif
