Hi guy's,

This is my first post to this forum and I want to thank you for providing this service. I'm still a bit of a noob in the pc world and really need some help. I run spy doctor and in the last few days it has been telling me that I have buldog spyware installed on my system. Each time it tells me this I try and fix it but it seems that it is self replicating and I can't seem to get rid of it. I have also run adaware and a couple of other spyware progs but buldog is not showing up on any of these. It has not blatantly hijacked my browser (I use firefox) but I have noticed that I am now unable to get into a lot of sites that I was able to get into and it is taking a lot longer to load each page. As well I am now getting pop up's occassionally which has never been an issue for me before. I also use AVG and when my Outlook is open AVG has been telling me from time to time that it is trying to connect to buldog. I have run a HijackThis scan and here are the results;

Do you know what these are and if they are necessary to run:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [NeoN Reminder] C:\Program Files\NeoN Reminder\NeoN Reminder.exe

I would just fix these two entries using HJT:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [FreeRAM XP] "C:\Downloads\Free Ram\FreeRAM XP Pro 1.40.exe" -win
O12 - Plugin for .spop: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPDocBox.dll

Other than that looks good.
