Hi i'm running vista, and recently i have noticed that it is running really slow, i have check for virus's using bullguard, and not picking anything up, i also have used malwarebytes but still not finding anything, i no there is something on it but can't seem to find what is causing my laptop to write and load slowly
any advice would be great

Can you connect to Windows Update...update your AV definitions...run regedit?

There are many reasons a system slows down, including malware, hardware, or O/S problems.
