Ok, so for poor judgement my sony vaio screen had coke spilled on it. Now here's what it does....The computer works fine plugged into an external monitor. All the operations, browsers, etc. The problem, obviously, is the screen sometimes it will work, although the bottom 1/4 of the screen is VERY fuzzy, but most of the time it is unreadable. Just the vertical lines which are the icons, and again, the bottom 1/4 is worse.

What can I do?

Thanks!

If it is under warranty then you can get a new screen. You can change it easily, all it takes is a screw driver. You have to take the keyboard off to get to a wire for the screen. Most computer manufacturers have repair manuals on their supports sites.
