System Hangs up

hi thre, i m new comer in this forem,
i got a laptop and it hangs up every time i log in after 10 to 30 mins
i am trying to reinstal the win xp but during installations, it hangs up again and i csnnot finish the full installation. during installation process some times, it ask the message uagp35.sys file needed to load and it is not in the CD drive. I will appreciate if some one help me to solve the problem, the laptop is backarbell P4 3.2 H 5315 series.
