We have Brighthouse for our ISP and have received two letters telling us that they have re'd reports of possible virus activity from our IP address on 2 specific dates and times. Specifically unsolicited emails spam is being sent from our IP. I called them and they told me that we had rootkit.agent and they suggested running malwarebytes and/or ComboFix. We ran both of those along with full scans by MS Essential and rootkitbuster. Everything is coming up clean. We disconnected an unsecured wireless network after the first letter but still got the second. There are five or so computers sharing the connection but not networked.
I ran combofix but am not posting the log because I read the reminder.
Any suggestions
Thanks

We need a deeper look. Please go here....
Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
Include the ComboFix and GMER logs.
Let me know if that went well.
