My original problem: Noticed IEXPLORE.EXE was hogging 100% of CPU in TaskManager (with NO programs running).
Deleting (it) works for a while, but eventually returns. Always shows-up in Prefetch. At some point,
I decided to disable Prefetch, to see if (it) would pop-up somewhere else (assuming, ofcourse it
would not rename itsself).
New Problem: My Prefetch has NO "SessionManager" listed under CurrentControlSet. So, whether or not I should
even be using this approach to my original problem is overshadowed by the Prefetch omission.
Any Suggestions? XP-2003 (2600 Build) SP3, AVG 9.0.829, DB 271.1.1/2925
