NAV won't connect to browser

Suddenly my Norton Anti-virus gives me an error message that says it is unable to connect to my browser. This happens even though I am online. Used to work fine. Can't figure out if I have done something or if it is an issue with software.

Thanks. This is a subscription. Active until next April. Version 9.05.15. I think it is NAV 2003. Tried the NAV site but no help there. Thanks for any help you might offer.
