Hello all..!!!

First ever post at a tech forum, thought it wise to gain advice from the wise, for a change, normally i fix these kinda dilemmas on my own, though of course aided by posts/forums such as these etc

Windows 7, & carelessness acquired me another rootkit, tried Gmer & more, with some positive results, though the BSODs have begun & i've come here for assistance before things get worse.... I can't afford to reinstall, i've come too far, & i'm loving my tweaked OS at the moment etc

Is this where you'd need a hijackthis log or something of that nature...?

Thanks
Philby...!

Hello, given these conditions. We need a deeper look. Please go here....
Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
Include the GMER log.
Let me know if that went well.

Hello,

You can copy and paste the GMER log where your new topic is. You may need to split it into a few posts.
