Password Problem

Bought a computer from Salvation Army the was used when GI Joes was in buissness. Can't get passed the password page and decided to reformat or use repair off of a windows registered xp disk. The problem is the cd rom does not work to operate the disk, so i can't even reinstall windows. replaced with working cdrom off of another cpu, nothing. The Floppy doesn't work ither. cant get in safe mode because the pop up said to press CTRI+ ALT+ DEL to begin but remains frozen on safe mode page. When pressing keys. Some how the password is locking most everything down. :thumbsup:
