Sanboxie Questions?

If I install a program and I know it is safe will I be able to remove it? And will I even need a anti virus if use this?

I'm not sure I fully understand your first question, could you expand on it a little?

For Q2:

Do I need other solutions if I use Sandboxie?

Sandboxie may be your first line of defense, but it should certainly be complemented by the more traditional anti-virus and anti-malware solutions.

No, it's not possible to install a program in sandboxie and then recover it to the real system.

What you would normally do is run the program sandboxed, then if you decide you want to install it onto your real system, delete the sandbox, and install the program as you normally would.
