hi everyone
there are 3 windows in my laptop and infected tow week ago
when any windows start [Generic Host Process for win32 services] Error appears
then windows theme change to Classic Style and if flash drive plugged to USB, 2 hidden files copy recycle.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA2F954E} and autorun.inf
in recycle.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA2F954E}, setup.exe exist.

NOD32 last Ver. with Update 5123 (20100518) found Win32/AutoRun.NAV but couldn't kill it
even when NOD scan run in 30% NOD closed!!!

Any help would be appreciated.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
