Newbie with Outlook error

:thumbsup: Hello all, I'm new to bleepingcomputer. I found this site while searching for a resloution to a probelm in Outlook 2003. When I hit a link contained in an email message I get an error message tha "the program must close to allow previous installation attempt to complete" If you know how to fix this please tell. thank you.
