Ok, after browsing this forum I think it's best for me to start another topic. McAfee, Malwarebytes, Microsoft Essentials, Superantispyware, Hitman Pro, PC Cleaner and whatever else I downloaded were unable to detect and/or remove the virus causing google redirects. Thanks in advance for the help.

ETA: I turned on my netbook and within a few minutes later I got the blue screen of death. The atapi.sys file is corrupt Help :flowers: :thumbsup:
