Help I am infected

Help!

I think I am infected - I did a reinstall of my operating system just 4 days ago because I thought I was infected and I was having cd drive issues. This is not the first time I have had to reinstall in the last six months. I can't navigate to websites, down security scanners including the online scanners.

I could not follow the links to DDS or GMER but I attached my Hijack log



Thank you in advance


This system is usually hooked up to our work enviroment (sometimes home) through a wireless connection. Could there be something accessing my computer through our system/router? What could possibly survive a complete refomat?
