Yahoo Messenger.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Hi all
from few day ago when I run YM 8, this Err appears [Application.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.] then program closed.
I Delete and then Format My H.D.D (C,F Drives) C= windows Location, F=programs Location.
then install windows but problem Not Fixed :thumbsup: then i install NOD32 Smart Security Business Edition Final, than Update it, and Scan my H.D.D but nothing found.

Help me please
