Hello all ! My lack of knowledge a rays in this area which has brought me to you guys. I'm sure you guys have heard this a thousand and one times before, so let me add on to that if I can, starting with the log of my last blue screen error as follows. Now this doesn't happen everyday, more like once every two weeks. Sometimes when it does freeze up, it won't even blue screen at all, but just freeze up, This has been the first ever piece of information that I have received regarding the fault in view. Reason being this has been pushing on for the best past of three months on and off. Normally when it does freeze a blues screen appears and gives me a STOP: 0X0000007E error, which makes a result of shutting down manually. Apart from that my computer is free from Malware and Viruses and gets defragged on a weekly basis. I hope somebody can pin point what situation I am looking at right now. thank you for your time. Thank you

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Occasional blue death and freezing is normal, but frequent BSO means you have the need to opimize and maintain your system for this warns you the unstability of your system.

Good luck!
