Whenever I startup my windows, 'My Documents' folder opens automatically and if I close this window or minimise this whole of the screen goes blank and no key or click works until I press Ctrl+Alt+Del and run 'explorer' process manually. Whats the problem friends and how to solve?

That is certainly weird behaviour.

I would be inclined to download and use the new MS Fixit tool and see what it comes up with.

Let us know how you get on.
