I have been trying to view DIVX web based videos on a site that I visit frequently. Recently, the webpage prompted me to update my DIVX to the latest version. So I did. Since then I can't connect to any DIVX web videos. I emailed the webmaster and he suggested that I clear my DIVX cache. So I did. Still no go.

So I took these steps:

1. Updated my JAVA and cleared the cache
2. Removed and reinstalled DIVX
3. Upgraded to the latest version of Firefox
4. Ran CCleaner

Still doesn't work. I get the Flashing DIVX X "connecting" error.

Hope someone can help...

Elise025 assisted me with a malware issue that I picked up last week. Running combofix fixed this problem. Please close this thread. Thanks....
