Outlook Express 6

I have Outlook Express 6 and I cannot seem to get all my e-mails, people have told me. Some e-mails are with attachments and some are not. I have decreased my security, put senders in allowed list, reinstalled OE, upgraded to IE 7. These e-mails are from business contacts, so I really need to get them. Please help!
