Antispware Soft has infected my Compaq Presario Windows XP. I am a novice user. I have tried to do a system restore and am unable to do so through normal or safe mode. I can not select any dates but todays date when I believe the infection occured. Also, I am unable to install or open programs. While I am a novice, I believe I can follow detailed instructions.

Thanks for any help you all can provide ... I need this computer back ASAP as I was working on business this memorial day weekend.
