I'm having this exact problem and Spybot, Adaware, Ccleaner & Tuneup utilities does not see any problems. I've tried also Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SmitfraudFix, Abexo Free Registry Cleaner, Gmer & WinsockxpFix with nothing getting rid of it. I've turned off system restore also to try and rid myself of this on rebooting. I've did all this in safemode and in normal mode with no prevail. A bigger problem for me now is on reboot, it's a crapshoot whether I can access the internet. About 1 in every 15 rebbots allows me to access the internet. The rest of the time it can't renew the IP address. I thought that might be a network card issue but upon checking, it's says it's working properly. I've been fighting this now for 6 days. Any tips, ideas or suggestions are welcomed.
P.S. Here's the Hijack this log. Thanks in advance
