Computer has been acting slow to respond to mouse commands, like lagging after scrolling with wheel etc. Started pc up and had only my wallpaper. Only thing that would work was task maanager. Rebooted then I had icons but the task bar at the botom and the window that opens when i clicked on the start button are both white instead of blue. Internet explorer will not open says it can not display web page. I
ran malwarebytes and trendmicro in safe mode, neither showed any issues to repair. Virus/malware/deletd somthing I shouldn't have???
