Do you want to upgrade to '98se or do a fresh install?

Make sure you have the COA (CD serial number) before starting the install process. I would save everything and do a clean install. I do not believe you can upgrade to 98SE from 98 unless the disk is written for that task. If you are happy with 98SE go for it. But as one who moved all my kid's computers (9 so far) to W2k, it is worth the $60 to put W2k on there instead of 98SE. Just my option.
