Hello everyone,
Seems whether i'm in outlook express , my pictures(where I have some gifs) or on the web (like on a board where they use different smilies for expressions) I have no motion happening. I have already gone into internet options and made sure the "play animation on web pages" is checked and it is. I removed and redownloaded macromedia shock wave and flash player, still nothing. I use Xp home and internet explorer. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Do you have ZoneAlarm Pro installed? If so, open the program, go to the
Privacy Tab and click on the custom button. Make sure that the option to
block animation is turned OFF.
