My Computer gives Windows explorer error >:|

Ok so when i click on my computer i get windows explorer error and it wont let me access it, i cant even search any files or nothing it will do the same, basically anything that involves gaining access to files within the c: will give me a windows explorer error, i had a trojan before but i removed it, i used registry booster to fix all registry entries etc and still im getting the error, does anyone know what to do?! :\
