I have a strange issue on a particular site.
Site setup is very simple, windows xp pro workstations windows 2003 server, router dsl business grade connection. no proxy. DHCP, DNS forwards set correctly

One particular secure website will have a network connection issue and will not load, all other websites including other secured websites will load.

Checked firewall settings, antivirus settings and so on.

Restarting router and or server and then waiting for about 15 minutes resolves the issue until approximately 1 week to 2 weeks passes and then the issue appears again.

Issue occurs with IE or firefox.

Changed isp static ip with no resolution.

Any ideas
