Hi. I'm a new user to this site and a self confessed computer illiterate. I have been having all sorts of problems as of late, ie the past 24hrs, most recently being my Symantic Endpoint Protection software warning me of a Tidserv request. I have also been getting repeated infections of Antivirus Soft (I have gone through the steps to remove this program mulitple times and it keeps popping back up at random. I also very recently had my computer flash a blue screen at me and say it was preparing a dump of physical memory, and then restart upon which most everything seemed fine. Now when I turn on my computer, however, I am unable to connect to the wireless connection. There is a strong signal that other machines can pick up, but my computer, while acknowledging the signal says 'limited or no connectivity'. Anyway, at this point I have no idea what to do. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
