Wish I was saying hello on different terms. Looking forward to the help, it's good to have support communities like this when things go wrong :thumbsup:

I used HJT and forums similar to this to fix a computer years ago. My girlfriend clicked on a pop-up and bought fake virus software(yes, people still fall for that apparently). I found out when she asked me to grab her activation code from the printer. I had her change her passwords from my computer and there are new cards in the mail from the bank and everything, just need to iron out her machine now.
