When the Dell A940 printer "utility?" dlbabmgr.exe is running, my apps load SLOO  OOOW.

What the heck is it? How does it slow me down so much? :flowers:

I've removed it from Startup in MSconfig [after considerable messing around proved it was the culprit] and apps load jiffy quick :trumpet: , but I'm still curious what the dell is Dell doing??
