i made a small icon (16 x 16) for my project's main icon. i made a larger version (48 x 48) in the vc++ editor but would like it to be bigger. i made an icon 160 x 160, which shows up in the thumbnail view of windows explorer. however, when i try to compile it in with my vc++ application, it does not show up. is 48 x 48 the largest possible size?

What version of Visual C++ are you using? Are you using native WIN32 or using .NET or MFC etc?
