Every time I log onto to mozilla firefox to acess my facebook and myspace, it will show up but it will not let me do anything on it...also other sites proceed very slowly. It is just happening on my laptop and no other system in the house. Also it works fine on internet explorer...Please help, I love firefox as I have bookmarks and password saved in it...

I have looked a t the trouble shooting page a t mozilla but since I do not know what is causing the problem, I do not know what option to try...

Start at the top and work your way down until the problem is resolved.

Start with: Restart Firefox
Then: Clear cookies and cache

If that doesn't work, keep going down the page until the problem is fixed (try a fix, try the website, try next fix, try website, etc..).
