Vista Defragment does not finish!

Well I read up on this big problem that some Vista users have had in the past and that was that a possible Emergency Partition Safe Recovery of a users computer causes the Disk Defragment to run endlessly in circles with no final outcome or stop.

Many users stated that you need to find a trusted third party defragger in order to do this without deleting the Emergency Safe Recovery *which I presume is extremely important* as it is your only way to do a clean reinstall to factory without the Microsoft CD.

Can someone list a trusted defragger?

Be sure to download the slim version from the Builds page (at the bottom). It does not include the optional toolbar (download and install is faster).
