Crash dump at logoff

I had problems a couple of months ago and got help (from this site) for malware removal and computer has worked fine since then. Suddenly I am having problems with computer crashing usually when a user is logging off, at least that is the only time I have seen it so far.

Information that appears is:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have not added any hardware or software other than software to remove the malware.

Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.

To start with, I'd suggest, you start new topic in "Am I Infected?" forum and you make sure, your computer is clean.
If everything checks out and you're still getting errors, you can come back to this thread.

I certainly don't mind doing that but I have ask...are you sure?
I have the full version of avast, wot, and a couple of other programs the last person told me to install. I can't believe with all this stuff it could be another infection.

I spent more than a week getting rid of the last one.
