hello
for the last week or so everytime i turn my laptop on i get a message from windows defender saying that there is a sever alert and its win32 bredolab.aa. so i have defender to remove it but upon the next start up i get the same message and same action happens. i have tried a full scan in safe mode with mcafee virus scan enterprise and nothing was found. i also tried spy bot search and destroy and no luck there
am i infected or is this trojan really hard to get rid of.

Edit: Moved topic from Vista to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Hello,

You've got a real bad one aboard there, and it brings in lots of foul friends. I suggest you follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include the link to this topic in your new topic and a description of your computer issues.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.

Orange Blossom
Help us help you. If HelpBot replies, you MUST follow step 1 in its reply so we know you need help.
