Hey! First post.

Under one account under my Windows Vista computer, when you login, the classic "____ has crashed and is restarting..." for explorer.exe. It keeps looping. Apparently the faulty module is ntdll.dll.

"Faulting application Explorer.EXE, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e01da5, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e03821, exception code 0x80000003, fault offset 0x00048b2e, process id 0x12e4, application start time 0x01cafae8213253cc."

Norton and Malwarebytes and others show up clean. I don't recall installing new software/drivers. "sfc /scannow" also showed up empty.

"C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Anyone who can help?

Thanks!

Task Manager is able to be reached if I work fast. I would not like to recreate the account if it is possible.
