Greetings Tech Specialist,

Over the past few days I had noticed a slowdown in my computer as well as a new tab opening in firefox randomly while I browse the web. It occurs in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

The new tab generally has one random website that forwards you to an advertisement/regular website but I had noticed a similarity of a white icon with a blue loop next to the URL of the websites in firefox.

I have tried Malawarebyte, Spybot, and Adaware to no avail.

Any and all advice would be most greatly appreciated!

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
