For some reason my wife is getting some of my emails and not others. We're in the same house with different computers on a wireless network.

My emails are from live.com and her email is on yahoo.com

Both have new Dell laptops with Windows 7

Strange. We've only had this problem since we got these new computers with windows 7 a couple of months ago.

No help service has been able to help and one (the Technical Concierge Service from Costco) recommended we try this site.

Edit:Moved from W7 to Web Browsing/Email and Other Internet Applications ~~boopme

Hello, I moved you here hoping others will see this Email issue.
I have a coulple suggestions.

Make sure they add your email address to their address book.
Open the Junk mail filter and clear it's restrictions and try again.
If some of the mail you send looks like spam it may be getting blocked.
If it only happens in Yahoo maybe you need to switch her to Gmail or ???
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
