ADP, internet explorer cannot conect

Hi all,

Ok now its my turn for help, My mom runs ADP on a thinkpad and her work has their own dedicated server for ADP, now when she is at work using open wifi she can access ADP just fine but when she is at home she cannot Internet explorer :flowers: will say it cannot connect to the server and also has the diagnose connection link. Now being me and the computerxpds that I am and being careful i have two hardware fire walls which i turned off but still wont work. :trumpet:

Any ideas?? she is hounding me to make it work, she just got promoted so.....

No one has any answers for me? Hmm i must of hit a hard one. :thumbsup: haha i hate ADP it is awesome for all businesses but it is awful to troubleshoot. :flowers:

Might be helpful if you specify which ADP platform.
