Hi guys I think I have a virus or malware on my pc and still couldn't remove it, I did full computer scan by Mcafee updated database and it didn't solve my problems, when I connect to the internet and start using it for a while "around 10 minutes" it stops and the pages don't open anymore, it's like I get disconnected and not be able to browse the internet, but this happens to me only when I browse the internet through Mozilla fiefox and it does even with internet explorer but not all the time, and when I close the browser and try to open it again, a message shows up says that you already have the browser open so you don't have to open it again!! I think I even have some other viruses that Mcafee still doesn't find them, and when I shut down the system a message shows up titled with " FF Hook " maybe this is the name of the virus, I knew about Combofix and wanted to use it but I read the instructions menu and they recommend to post my problem before I start using it so the users will give you their opinions first, I'm waiting any replies from those who know how to deal with such a problems like these and that would be appreciated, thank you so much
