When I put a Music CD in my computer and press open they open as Tracks not as files so I can drag and drop.

The tracks on a Music CD are not files in a filing system that a Windows computer can read by default. Therefore you cannot drag & drop them in Windows. Most CD burning software gives you the option to Rip the tracks to your computer as files.
