I am using Trend Internet Security software which has detected the TROJ_GEN.UAE161U infection in the windows\system32\gpoh.lto file. I cannot quarantine the infection or delete the file.

How can I remove the infection from my system?

Hi -

First step - Download Malwarebytes update and run a Quick Scan - This should detect and hopefully remove it -

Thank You -

Thanks noknojon, worked fine. Even found and removed a few other issues.

Much appreciated
